Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions.

4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was damaged or incorrect

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service

  • Solstice Shelf is not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments

5. Refunds

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
